Ok people settle a fight. O swear by paint shop as does my friend john. It's easy to used. The layers are useful and givwe loads of scope to be creative. My boyfriend though insits photoshop is a far better editing programme and gives a better qialty image but i find it hard to use. What do you think?

ok. i am a graphics designer and i use 3d designs, sometimes i used photoshop cs2 for final touches, photoshop is so easy to use, not complex and very simple there are a lot of art works that you can use with photoshop, there are a lot of default formats in photoshop that makes your designs simple and creative. im with photoshop.

I guess its perhaps to do with the one i used first. Its easy to get stuck on your ways. If enough people insist i'll give photoshop another try :)

Well actually it really depends on what sw you are used to. I would recommend adobe products to be more useful and powerful but if you are already at home with corel and it gets your work done, then that's fine. However, there are certain features of both corel and adobe which are not available with the other, it is always better to know and perfect more applications, cause you'll never know when you'll need them

I've never had a chance to use Paint Shop, I am a Photoshop person myself. Who knows, maybe if I got a chance to use Paint Shop I would switch over.
