how often do you pray?

i catch myself at times praying throughout the day...without my knowing & so i wanted to hear from everyone...

I pray very often too. I believe that in prayers i communicate with God like my father. so, anytime i feel the spirit move in my heart, i pray. anytime i'm bothered i pray. anytime, i'm happy, excited, i just breathe a prayer to God and you know what? He's being fathful to me.

I try to pray every night but I do not often succeed. :P
When there is a need... I will utter prayers unconsciously too.

from the minute I open my eyes at the start of my day to the time I close them at night I usuallly fall asleep praying. I try my best to continually talk to God.

No, I don't pray.
I wish things to come true but that is not praying - it would be selfish to call that praying because it would be for my benefit.

I should be praying a lot more often than I do. My husband and I pray before meals (when we remember) and before bedtime. A relationship with God is extremely important, but you can't have a relationship without communication. I am definitely working on trying to pray more than I am. I want to talk to God throughout the day just like you, but I haven't quite got to that point yet!

I will not say that it is selfish that you pray all the time, its your soul that makes you do that and its a good sign. I wish I could do that all day..........believe me it gives me so much peace of mind if I pray for even an hour, but things keep me so busy that i am unable to do that.In todays world where people have no need for God, its very necessary to be close to God, this could be a sign that God wants to work in your life.
Speak to him and you will get the answer.

to pray one is not selfish...when i pray i don't pray for means for myself...i pray for my family, for friends, especially someone who needs help with life, health, or whatever is needed...& then later sometimes i just talk with GOD if something is bothering me...& yes it gives me a peace of mind too...don't worry if you don't pray all the time...just the fact that you pray is the beginning...thank you for sharing...

We do the tradional pray at meals and bedtime.I find myself like you just prasing god and praying all the time. I really pray when I'm listing to music. Just something about listening to christian music and praying to god. Love your question.
