What is your daily breakfast?

As of me, I always stick on to Chapatis and some vegetable or a egg scramble. And never miss out a breakfast, even if i miss out other meals. How about you?

I've never been that good with eating breakfast every day. I'd like to have cereal or fruit every day (or bacon and sausages, yum), but I usually just have a glass of juice.

My usual breakfast is a cup of coffee. Actually I do not have the habit of taking breakfast, which I know it's not healthy. It's just a habit I have built since I was young. I like to drink a cup of coffee before I start working, hence it becomes my breakfast now.

I rarely eat breakfast. I usually only eat breakfast on the weekends because I'm too lazy and too tired to get up during the week to grab a bite to eat. When I do eat breakfast, it usually consists of eggs and some type of meat, usually sausage and sometimes potatoes.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can afford missing the others but never a breakfast. Hope you understand the importance of a breakfast and start having it regularly and make it a routine. Best wishes

Everyone should treat breakfast like you do. Time and again, we have been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yet, we know of so many who commonly forgo with it each day and they suffer from sorts of aches and pains as a consequence. I have no fixed formula for breakfast. I always make it a point though, to have my glass of warm milk. At times I take a sandwich, or rice and fish will do. Sometimes, I find a bowl of oatmeal is fine. Fruits, by the way, are among the musts to take in the morning.

Since I am a student and reside in a university so I have to take breakfast in the university mess.though there is fixed menu but it varies everyday.Still most of the day its bread,butter,a glass of milk and Dalia.Some times its Puri and vegetable.some days chhole.So its quite variable day by day.

you are right, breakfast is the most important meal in the whole day. i usually take bread toast, egg poach and milk, a few portions of fruits. and guess what, when i am lucky i have puris and white potato mashes. but i have been thinking of replacing this with brown bread (not colored, but ubrefined flour bread) or whole wheat bread (chapatis) and boiled vegetables, may be one tsf od oil in it and lots of fruits. bread contains refined flour and , as you know, is very bad for our health. one last word, my mom keeps saying: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper!!

my usual breakfast consist of 2-3 pcs. bread buns, hotdogs or ham, an egg and a glass of hot chocolate or tea (it used to be coffee before i got the GERD). but on some occassions when i feel to have special breakfast with my family, i would prepare fried rice with fried pork chop, tocino, beef slices or fried fish with sunny-side up eggs of course.

2 boiled egg + 2 bread slices with butter or toast and honey make your day refreshing and energetic , also if u dirnk tea without milk it help to prevent cancer(as per research)

I only have a coffee...if I feel hungry then I will also have something like an egg and toast )about once a week). I know iot goes against everythign you read, but my biggest meal is usually dinner.

My daily breakfast is also Chappati. You will be shocked to hear that i have chappati with Tea. From my childhoood all the members in our family have only chappati as our breakfast. If we have something else as breakfast then we feel as though we dint have our breakfast. We have got used to chappati. All members in my family dont miss the breakfast. It is said that having breakfast is good for health and also chappati is. So i think everyday we do two healthy things in the early morning ;P

Breakfast is the most important meal for me so I have to get it right. I always have a very high fiber breakfast like muesli mixed with low fat natural yoghurt and I have it with juice and nice cup of tea. It's very nice and keep me going until noon...xx

good afternoon friend ,glad to see ur from bangalore i'm also from here only.one should never breakfast as this is the first meal of the day it should be consisting of carbohydrates preferably complex one then vegetables for minearals ,vitamins and proteins,and less fat ,for easy digestion.so' it seems u take ideal breakfast it is good for health,i laso do the same i'm avegetarian so it is mostly chapati and vegs,sometimes cornflakes and milk is the other option for me, have a very good and healthy day

I normally have two slices of bread with different spreads like peanut butter,jam,tinned tuna,or tinned sardines with a cup of coffee. I never miss my breakfast either.I think it is the most important meal to start my day off.

I usually have sandwiches for breakfast, of course with healthy spread. Some days I also have fruits either during breakfast time or in mid morning

well this post is most enjoyable for me..it is 07:30 a.m. here in israel and i am having my first coffee thinking of what i am going to eat for brakefast today. as you might understand from my sentance i usually change my choice of breakfest each single day..so i won't be bored. usually on the end of the week i go and it breakfest at a coffeeshop with friends we all take a full meal which contains: scrambled eggs, different kinds of cheese, salad, avocado, orange juice, marmalade and a few kinds of bread and we finish our meal with a cake and coffee..a full breakfest meal i would say:) the other days i usually eat a ceral or a mozly which is yougurt with fruit granola and honey. i do not eat breakfest each day somtimes i just drink coffee and it's enough. here in israel the main meal is at noon time..and noon time is 1 p.m. so usually when i eat breakfest i do not eat lunch:)

Breakfast is the meal for champions! I eat breakfast everyday, even if I don't eat much the rest of the day. It gets me going. I usually have eggs. Eggs on toast. Eggs with toast. Fried eggs. Scrambled eggs. Eggs Benedict. 1001 ways to eat eggs. Hey that sounds like a movie I once saw, 'cept it was with shrimp.
