How do you balance your daily activities?

As soon as I wake up and my feet hit the floor, I get busy on my daily activities. I usually make me a list of things that I want to try to get done each day. Sometimes I can get everything done and alot of times, not. I work online every day plus I have household things that I have to get done and keep up with. I am constantly running around the house doing something and then coming back to the computer to work some more. It is very hard to juggle everything around to get it all fit in the days schedule. I try to be offline by 5:00 p.m. then i have more things to do because it is supper time and my husband and daughter will be home with me also. I stay stressed out daily trying to get alot done.

I do not work at the moment, so i do not have to face all that stress anymore. i had a very stressful job - I'd just go home and do nothing after a day at work. Now i have much more influence on my own life and activities. I am better able to regulate my life so that stress does not become an imortant part of it anymore. i am able to - for the most part - to follow the signals from my body rather than signals from a clock. I believe this is far better for my well beeing and my health.
