what tips would you give to newly married couple

No matter what, ALWAYS be willing to compromise and collaborate. Also understand which issues really are more important to the other and be willing to give in once in a while.

Communicate! Talking to each other about everything. Being patient with each other and never taking the other one for granted. Help each other out, don't wait to be asked. Think of the other persons feelings at all times. Take time out for date nights! I've been married 23 years and those are things that have worked well for us.

I would say to be open and honest with each other.Communication is SO important in a relationship.If you can not tell your partner what you like or dislike,then how will they know?Problems can arise later by lack of communication now.`If the two of you can openly and honestly talk about your relationship and what is effecting it,then the chance of the marriage surviving greatly improves.

Always make sure that you are comunicating. have fun and do what each other likes to do for time to time. have adventure together, by doing things both of you have never done. listen to one anothers needs.

The only mantra of success in married life is forgive and forget, this is what i will advice the newly married couple.

I would say the most important thing is to find time for each other. Not just time, but quality time. With jobs and family obligations, and everything else, sometimes it is easy to lose sight of this little thing. Also, remind them that you love them often. Best Wishes !
