When I first heard of this I thought it was the dumdest sandwich I ever heard of. But I tried it and I really like them. Have you had one. Do you know any other strange sandwich?

I have heard of it but haven't tried it myself. I prefer peanut butter and jam sandwich.

No I haven't, but my 10 year old nephew loves those. I don't really understand it because it doesn't sound like it would taste good at all. I knew a girl that used to eat peanut butter w/grape jelly and doritos on it. Crazy but she said it was really good.

It doesn't sound very appealing to me but I would be willing to give it a try if you say it is nice. I also thought that jam on cheese was disgusting and when I tasted it I liked it. It just tasted like yogurt and it is now one of my favourite snacks.

I've been eating peanut butter, sweet pickles and Mayo (actually miracle whip since it is sweeter) sandwiches for as long as I can remember (and that is quite a few years). I get a craving for them about once every couple of years. Now that I am older, the pickles and miracle whip give me a little bit of heartburn but it is worth it. Another of my favorites is pickled hot peppers on toast spread with miracle whip. Yum Yum. (Now I have a craving for one lol).

As a Child I had a girl friend who would take bean pods off the vine when they were still green and she'd remove the beans from the pod and place the green beans on a slice of bread and eat it. Now that she's grown she's an excellant salad maker and the her fellow employees call her the "salad lady' because sh's always taking salads to work whenever there is a feast at her job.

Not peanut butter and pickle, but peanut butter and tomato with mayonnaise. My uncle showed me this when I was a kid and I still love it, especially with home grown tomatoes.

Yes I have had peanut butter and pickles. Not dill pickles but the sweet bread & butter pickles. I thought it was odd but it taste good. I have a friend who's husband eats peanut butter and bologna sandwiches. I haven't tried that yet but I will soon. I also like peanut butter, banana and mayonnaise sandwiches. My daughter eats peanut butter mixed with maple syrup on her pancakes. Guess we all have a different way to eat peanut butter.

Good grief peanut butter and dill pickle ? When I was pregnant I had terrible graving for mustard and dill pickle sandwiches, and I ate my share of them. Today 34 years later I think I'd get one big belly ache if I ate that now. Sounds terrible today.

I've not had peanut butter and pickle, but I have had peanut butter and cucumber. That's mighty tasty! The only other "odd" sandwich I've had is any deli meat sandwich with potato chips on it. I love chips on sandwiches; my favorite chips to use are baked lays.

I have never heard of this but I think my son may have already tried it. It never ceases to amaze me when I see the concoctions of food that he eats. He travels all over the world so maybe he is acquiring his tastes in the different countries which he visits. I couldn't see myself eating a peanut and pickle sandwich. The thoughts of it are enough to put me off. Glad to hear that you enjoy it.
