Well its a fiction mixed fact is what i feel Da vinci code is.. Though many contradictions and not believable, but if its seen as fiction mixed, it can be enjoyed just as a reading!

To me its fictions truth. Because some of the things are very near to truth and some of them was a matter of imagination. this book has been banded by the Vatican duet to some facts about the Christianity. So it not so easy to say that it is only a work or writer or a novel only. But it wont be so easy to say the last word at all.In future their will be the curtain will pierce from so many facts.

I think elements of the book had a factual basis - or rather they were more likely to be accurate than otherwise. The search for the Holy Grail for example is well documented and the whole issue of Jesus and Mary Magdalene being married is also fairly likely (although no-one knows of course so we can only speculate) and Leonardo Da Vinci was renowned as a deep thinker so I've no doubt he was involved in all kinds of secret societies. However, at the end of the day it was a work of fiction so I don't think we should take it too seriously.

Well...the story of the holy grail is definetly not a myth.....but a fact!!! Although Dan Brown Has taken his imagination to make an adventure out of it but each information regarding Jesus or Mary Macdalene or the grail itself is very true. This book has been banned in the vatican city!!!
