1918 doll

I recieved a 1918 doll from the company EEGEE when I was 2 years old. I am now fixing to turn 34 years of age. My question is my doll considered a collectors item?

it could be. is it still in it's original packaging? what is the condition? are there scratches on it? is it clean? is the quality close to what it was when it was new?
