Hard To Say No....

Well, i wanna share my experiences that i have been encountered. Everytime they asking me for something it's hard for me to say "NO" to them. I don't know why.. maybe I don't want to make them feel so upset about that favors. But sometimes they are all getting over. I let them to do that always because I really have so much care about our friendships. I'm afraid to lose friends if they got upset on me. How can I say it in a right way that they will not get angry on me?

Basically you say "no, I'm sorry I can't now. True friend swill accept that. Anyone is not a true friend , you don't need to be around anyways. Get rid of them fast because they will use and abuse you.

I accept it is tough one...practically to say the truth i had experienced similar problem...If you start thinking in this manner some times you can even loose your most loved one for your friends. In that way Your friends are really gr8 to have one such friend....
I want to say "BE YOURSELF".
But you can say NO to some of friends for few cases which meant to be most important to make them understood u like that...And make your friends also to adjust for you in some cases

Sounds to me as though they are taking advantage of you. A true friend will not get angry if you say NO.
