I've had a knife pointed at me, when I was working as a cashier in a cinema in Soho (no need to explain what sort of cinema it was, though why I was working there is a longer story). I asked the customer for his money, and next minute he pulls out a knife. Fortunately I was protected to a degree by a 'cage' so when I leapt back he couldn't get near me. Gave me a fright now.
