uh,how can i lose weight in two weeks?help!

i badly need to lose weight in two weeks, and i dont have this perfect idea on how to, i can't go to the gym for workout, cause as they said, my arms would get bigger and bigger! uh, and that will be kinda disappointing huh. anyone here who knows the best solution? replies would be higly appreciated! caio!=)

Losing weight in two weeks is not good in anyway. You will fall sick for sure. Losing weight should take long time, and your body shouldnt be aware of it. If your body gets to know, trouble. If you cant go to gym, start walking. You have to begin with about 10 minutes a day and gradually increase the time. Drink a lot of water. Reduce starch fat and sweets. It sure will take time, but very effective i can vouch. I have lost 12 kgs over the last 8 or so months just doing the above. I am not even walking cos i dont have time. Anyway, what's the big hurry? Care to share?

thanks for that fetching reply, i am into this "modelling stuff" right now and ive gain a lot of weight since i stopped workin out, but not too much of course, its just that its not pleasing to look at anymore, specially if id join for this upcoming ramp event. i feel like id be the largest one in there! haha. again, thanks =) much appreciated!

You need to be determined on everything that you do. I could suggest skipping meal specially dinner. Do walking and get some exercise. As I say, Determination is important here. Your avatar is your picture? if it is you, i don't think you need to lose weight. That's a perfect body for me.
