Starvation for Sanjia

Has anyone heard the story of the girl who is on a hunger strike until Sanjia is removed from American Idol? Who cares that much about the show. Honestly, I don't like him and I want him to leave the show and I am going to be disappointed if he makes it into the final 10, but I am not going to go on a hunger strike to prove my point. Does anyone else feel that is over the top?

I have never heard that before but I think it's just flat out stupid to be honest with you. I was telling my husband last night when I seen that little girl crying on the show the way she was, if my daughter was that crazy over an older boy and someone like Sanjaya, she better not let me see her acting like that! How old is this girl going on the hunger strike? I wonder if her parents know and what in the world they're teaching her. I have to say, his performance last night was a little better because he actually pushed his voice out instead of sounding like a little mouse but he still doesn't deserve and sound good enough to make it to the next show.

All I have to say is... gosh, I don't even have the words to describe what I think just yet. I just saw her page. It's just sooooo sad that someone would put their life on the line just for a stupid t.v. show. Hopefully someone will talk some sense to her and she won't have to hurt herself too much before she quits all this nonsense. I mean, does she not get it already? She's gotten so many terrible comments about what she's doing on her page and than she goes to thank people for adding her to their myspace and leaving comments and support. Now I wonder if she really is starving herself. Who knows, if she is that girl really needs help.

The only thing i can say is that Sanyaja is not going home tonight.If his other performances were so bad and he didnt get eliminated,i think with his best performance last night will make him stay another week for sure.

I haven't heard the story. But, there are a lot more important things to get upset over than this. I mean, I generally don't like Sanjaya's performance and don't think he belongs in the top 12, but I think he's a good kid otherwise.

Some people can be fanatics. Try going to www.votefortheworst.com and check their mailbag. The things people say to protect their beloved bets, really. I mean, there are more things to life than american idol!

His vocals are not bad, not the best by far, but he's got SOMETHING... it could be the hair, his smile, or whatever, but I enjoyed his performance. Who says the the best entertainer has to have the best voice? I guess it's all about what people want to watch. I'd say tune in to him in 5 years...

I haven't heard that story but if that were true, that girl is one very very disappointing kid...
Like you I dont really like Sanjaya too - my idol favorite is Melinda, but I guess his stay in idol shouldn't be reason for a hunger strike. After all, her hunger strike wouldn't change the minds of many?? Right??
So if anybody knows this girl, please do get her enlightened...

I can't believe how some people react to little things in life. I could stand to loose a few pounds, so maybe I could join this girl:) I actually thought Sanjia did much better last night. He doens't have the talent that many of the others do, but I bet he stays around for a while.
