Hello mylot friends, I have just join mylot before one week, and already been addictied to it. One thing which I notice that mylot has improved my writting skills. Whenever I post a respone, I do spell check this way my vocabulary is improving. I also have to ponder upon how to convey my emotion in words. I would like to listen from you. Is there anyone else who feel the same way. Let me know.

I think it is improvong my typing skills! I normally don't use Foxfire, but they have upgraded the browser to something called Seamonkey and i has a spellcheck. I thought it was really useful and a great tip for anyone who might want something like that. This is the description: "The SeaMonkey project is a community effort to deliver production-quality releases of code derived from the application formerly known as "Mozilla Application Suite". Whereas the main focus of the Mozilla Foundation is on Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird, our group of dedicated volunteers works to ensure that you can have "everything but the kitchen sink" — and have it stable enough for corporate use." and you can download it from Mozilla.

I was thinking about this the other day. Yes, respond to the discussions here on myLot has improved my writing skills. I used to give rather shot responses but have improved to the extent that I can write whole paragraphs now. I think it is also improving my sentences structure too. I know I am putting more thought into my responses now. I am also doing more research before I respond to some discussions. Yea I would say myLot has improved my writing skills.
