Sleep - How many hours every night?

How many hours do you sleep every night? Do you think sleep is very important? I sleep between 7-8 regulary, and 9-10 sometimes.

Sleep is definitely important for the body to be able to rest, relax and rejuvenate itself. I believe that the recommended amount of sleep is about eight hours per night, but each person is different. Some people need more sleep while others can function efficiently and are perfectly healthy with less sleep. If you do not get enough sleep, then your body gets rundown, your immune system will not work as well, and it can affect your mind, which controls all aspects of your body. On the other hand, they say that getting too much sleep is not good, either, and it will make you sluggish and actually make you feel even more tired. Therefore, you should try to find out how much sleep is right for you, and try to get that much each night.
