rules for felons in texas

what exactly after you get out of state jail for a felony are the rules? i have know you can not be in possession of guns, voting????? what about obtaining alcohol? i just can't find anything on this. thanks in texas

I am not really sure that this is relevant after four years, especially since you have not had any activity during that time, but I will answer anyway. I did a quick search for the rules and restrictions on convicted felons in Texas, and I found that upon release from prison the inmates and their families are supposed to get information on what the restrictions and limitations are for convicted felons. The specific rules and restrictions also depend upon whether or not the person is on parole after his or her release and what the specific terms of his or her parole are. There is also supposed to be a copy of the rules and restrictions on convicted felons in general that should be available at local libraries in your state.
