I think you system is infected from a virus , scan your system with an updatd antivirus program or re-install the windows..

Mscvrl.dll is actually a keylogger trojan that attempts to send the information that you type to another address. your computer has obviously been infected but it seems that your antivirus is stopping it, so Internet Explorer displays this message because it is not accessible. I would suggest running System Restore to turn back your computer to before this problem occured. If that does not work then you may need to locate and delete the infection or re-install Windows.

try reinstalling the program. If that doesnt work you're missing a key DLL file. DLL means dynamic Link Library. You can go to Microsoft.com and to a search in their DLL download area. I've had similar problems also. Usually reinstalling will do the trick. Make sure to restart the comp after doing so. Hope this helps a little. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!

Run a virus scan. That DLL has been linked to some trojans. If your scan comes back clean then reinstall internet explorer and/or firefox.
