have you ever felt like you want to kill yourself??

well as humans our emotions vary and swings from one extreme to other...have you ever felt like you should live no more...and why??

In the height of my depression back in 2003 when I was trapped in a relationship, manipulated and bullied and hated life I did contemplate killing myself, I just couldn't take any more, I had bottled it all up and being a man found it hard to show my feelings and I couldn't cry.

in such circumstances you should seek the help of your friends and remeber there is always two sides of any situation and theres something positive in everything...even a stopped clock tell time right twice a day so never lose heart...tc bye.
