ginger root - one of the herbs which i always use in my cooking
ginger root is among all the herbs which i always used in my cooking. Ginger gives a special smell to our food especially to the food such as fish, meat, prawn, shellfishes,. It will help to reduce the unpleasant smell of those things and gives a better taste too.

I do used this ginger whenever I cooked adobo. I seldom used it because it's adding a strange taste on the food your gonna it. But it was really great in adobo and any chicken delicacies.

I often drink a cup of ginger/lemon tea before a meal. It aids digestion. I include ginger depending on what I make, for example sweet & sour flavors do well with the addition of ginger. I include ginger in my miso soups, cookies and other baked goods, and sometimes to throw a twist in curries.
