Public urination

It annoys me that this is an arrestable offence in the UK there are so many toilets closed down to due to vandalism that if you are caught short there is no where to go! So what are you supposed to do? Wet yourself? If you are busting to go to the toilet and we've all experienced this, I know ladies you don't have the same get out clause as us men. Providing you are discrete and out of sight, does it matter if you take a leak outside in the open? Police should be more concerned about real criminals!

depends on where they did it.out in the woods or side of the highway,no.downtown,yes. i would say only a fine though unless they did it right near a school or park-then they should get arrest.

I don't think that you should be arrested, but you should get penalty.
