Stolen/Copyrighted Images

I see tons of images on Shareapic that are clearly stolen from professional photographers and people use them to make extra money from the site. Does Shareapic have a policy against that or anything? I don't think they enforce it at all if they do, in fact it appears that they may even encourage it?

It's like someone who responded before me said. Most do not care about whether or not the photo/picture is a copyright violation. That is, until the copyright owner finds it, & says r does something. They do have something about not uploading copyrighted stuff in their terms of service, or at least SHOULD have something, but as of tight now, it is rarely enforced, at least, until a copyright holder of something posted without permission is shown on the site.

I was wondering the same thing. I Joined Sharapic and uploaded some of my photos there not long ago. I believe it may have been through your discussion that I found the site. Anyway, I started looking around at some of the other pictures there. I did not see much original material there. Almost every picture I looked at appeared to be stolen from somewhere else. I won't say that they all were. I did not go through a lot of pictures while I was there. I did go through quite a bit though. It makes you wonder why they allow users to do this. It is too widespread on the site not to be noticed.
