I praise You Lord, Father God, Lord Jesus, and Holy Spirit for You're worthy to recieve my praises. You're the lifter of my soul; You lifted me out of the muck and mire and sat me up in a large place. The Lion of Judah, Lily of the valley, the Bright morning Star, Rose of Sharon, You teach my hands to fight; King of kings, Lord of lords, the One and Only True living God; all other gods are sinking sand. They have eyes but can't see; ears but can't hear; lips but can't speak; legs but can't walk. Father God You speak Your word and confirm it. You give me joy in the mist of the storm. Joy that the world can't understand; joy that the world can't take away because the world can't give it. You give me sweet sleep Lord. Holy Spirit is my Comforter and Counselor. He leads me and guides me into all truth. The trees of the forest clap their hands unto God and the beasts of the fields cry out to God daily for their food. His banner over me is Love. His eye is on the sparrow and I know He's watching over me. I sing because I'm happy I sing because I'm free. I thank You Lord for joy unspeakable and full of glory. You were given joy above Your fellows and what ever Father God has given to You, Jesus, You've given to us, the Body of Christ. You're my redeemer and I know my Redeemer lives because He lives within my soul. The joy of the Lord is deep within my soul. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over. You prepare a place befoe me in the presence of my enemies. Surely goodness and mercy shall fallow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Bless the Lord, oh my soul and all that is within me, bless His Holy name. Send the rain Lord, send the rain, for with your cleansing rain comes Your blessings.

Yes, the joy of the Lord is my strength. He fills us with so much joy so that we can jump over mountains and overcome any situation. It doesn't keep us from being attacked but it gives us the strength to go through it. Paul went through torment. The torment of being misunderstood and rejected by his fellow Jews. And he was stoned and beaten by them. But he still overcame by the word of his testimony and the blood of the Lamb. And Joseph overcame the rejection of his ten elder brothers and being sold into slavery by them and then put into prison to become the second in command over Egypt. And then he saved his brothers from starvation by bringing them to Egypt.
