Do you think Affirmative Action has benefited anyone? Has it benefited the minority groups it is supposed to benefit? Do majorities understand it and think we are doing the right thing with Affirmative Action? I think it is bad all the way around. Corporations are forced to hire a certain number of minorities to fit the quota even if they do not qualify. Minorities are being hired for the wrong reason. They should be hired because they are the right person for the job otherwise that is a slap in the face. They are being used to meet a quota. That is ignorant. I fall into the minority group for a variety of reasons. I only want to be hired because I am the right person for the job.

Maybe at the time, it had it's place...it got things moving forward. Now, however, It just seems as if hiring minoritys because of their race or skin color is as degrading as not hiring them for those reasons.

Some know it and some don't.
