His Dark Materials - if you had a Daemon, what form do you think it would take?

I suspect mine would be a Hare or a Lurcher. they are both animals I have a real spiritual affinity with, and in meditation I often see myself in Hare Form. and there is also a Lurcher that I see as a kind of protector and guide. I think with both of these animals, they are like me as they are quite elegant, but also very capable and workmanlike despite being so elegant.

I'd like to think it would be a wolf or a fox. But knowing my luck it would be something retarded like a mouse :P

mice are good though. it would be small, so wouldn't be impractical. it could easily go wherever you do, you could keep them in a pocket. good for spying on people. resourceful little critters.

I would say that I would probly have a small daemon like socrate's did but on the other side of that I have had a lion always too proudful, hungry, violent, possessive and lazy.

Mine would probably end up being a cat, as I have very catlike qualities at times and can understand them and communicate well with them. They are very clever animals, but can be playful and sneaky at times, and I have a good affinity with them.
