I am sorry to say I have not paid any attention to the French election, which could have quite an impact on a lot of different countries, including mine (the U.S.) I am going to look up some information on your candidates and get back to you. The France-US relationship has not been very good lately. I'd like to see that improve. Hopefully you have some good candidates with some ideas for making France even better than it already is. Thanks for posting this discussion.

Thank you for the link info. Looks like you have quite a variety of candidates for which to vote. One is only 33, one is 79. One has no governing experience--at least not listed on that link. I couldn't tell from the site where they stand on issues that might be important to you. I did notice some were socialists and/or communist related. We in the US have this fear about communists. I wonder if the communist party there is anything like what we were against in the cold war.
Anyway, I will be thinking about the elections and hope your candidate is the best candidate and the one who wins.
