It is said that if you look at Cricket Australia as a organization, then it's performance over the last 8 years have outshone all other organizations in the world by sheer performance and consistancy. What are your comments on this? Do you think BCCI should now stop minting money and start looking at itself as an organization and be held responsible for country's performance in the field? Cheers! Yes.. i totally agree with u.. Cricket Australia has gained status and reputation over this decade since Australia started winning Back to Back World Cups.. Moreover their policy about players is also incredible.. If a player fails to perform, he is given a deadline.. before which he has to prove himself... Once he is unable to prove himself, he is out of the team and other player gets chance.. Their strategy and management is best among all the Cricket Associations of the World.. BCCI should stop playing Dirty Politics and start looking itself as an organisation rather than just minting money... And should be definately be held responsible for team's performance..

That's correct we want all dirty politics out of BCCI and best interests of the game in there. You know what is frightening from the point of view of Cricket Australia, they are currently looking at reasons why their structure is going to fail in some years time so that they can put it right now. Now that is some kind of vision, even when the team is doing great, administrators are looking for what can go wrong and how it can be addressed. Simply mindblowing!! Cheers! Ram

I think we should not be so quick to kill off a passion based on a couple of performances. I think this is rather an opportunity to cure whatever is bad with Indian Cricket and I think this will do more good to Indian cricket than the run upto final 4 years ago. Keep watching. Cheers! Ram

yes australia team play lot f cricket and they maintain theor performance level really good.their performance is amazing ,if they rest their some key player's than also they easily won the match becoz their back bencher's player are capable to take the challange. and bcci always want to make money becoz we have many player's who play good cricket indeed in all over world but they not consitently and not always playing for win.while aussies always play for win. our back bencher's player not capable to take challange you see the performance in world cup of robbin uthappa, dhoni, munaf

Yes, BCCI is definitely driven by money. But, what do you expect when it is headed by politicians who have never played the game. And of course you are right our bench strength is not good enough. Cheers! Ram
