But you do. Instead of hitting the post button, hit the rewiew button right next to the left of the post button. You can edit, correct and add, then reviw as many times as you like before you post. Happy reviewing and posting.

Yes, I do wish we could edit a discussion when we realize we've left something important out. On my latest one, I left out one important fact. If the people responding don't read the link to the whole story, they are not responding to what I was referring to. Also, if they just respond from the email link, they have no idea that I added the extra sentence in the comments to the first few responses that were made. That's another thing that myLot needs to do; have the email link take you to the first page of the discussion so you can read ALL of it, then respond. That's what they ask us to do, but then give that shortcut to responding, and many people respond wrongly by not reading the whole discussion, or at least the first page. I really hope myLot admin will take this into consideration in their next upgrade. Many people are asking for these things since I started on here last October.

I do wish they had an edit button sometimes. I would like to correct my posts when I spell something wrong or if I leave a word out or if I just want to add more into it.

It has also happened to me. I posted a discussion and I realized that I mispelled a word there in my topic, I couldn't go back to edit or correct it. So what I did was to post the same or similar title and had to inform the reader that I made a typo error in the topic that I posted. The one that has a typo error got only one response and the other one has 5 responses. I wish there is a way here or a a feature where we can edit the discussion or correct mispelled words in the discussion.
