This is a good question, and one that many advocates of a global economy should be thinking about. It would be extremely difficult to install an effective body to legislate for a global community, especially since each country or nation is likely to retain their individual governments and always view the world from their own aspect. The United Nations is supposed to be such an organisation, but we see countries walking out on a regular basis if decisions do not suit them.

Yes globalization reduces the role of state policies. The world must abolish globalization and continue the traditional safeguarding policies of every country to reduce;poverty, war, meddling of foreign powers, political intervention, dumping of waste materials to third world countries, monopoly of genetic seeds and other painstaking laws by the globalist. This globalization actually benefits the corporations and not a country or government benefited from it.Even the U.S.A. don't benefit from globalization. It actually is at loss when he goes to war;either countries hate them or they lose their lives, and they are minimizing the social security system of its people.
