First Gift Certificate...

I love Gather!! I am danishcanadian on Gather, just as I am on here. Are you already in my network? I think Gather is a fantastic website with lots of fantastic people, and wonderful things to do and to read about. Congratulations on your first gift certificate.

I earned mine rather quickly too when I first started. I have slacked off though since then. hehe I got it when it was still Barnes & Noble as the GC...which was awhile ago now. Anyway...lol congrats on your GC...its so exciting to get free stuff like that.

I love Gather, too. It takes me awhile to earn gift certificates because I spend so much time reading rather than writing, but the quality of writing there is so high that it's a pleasure to read so much. Still, it is pretty swell to get those gift cards. Also I won a $50 Borders because they selected my New Year's Resolution (they chose one for each day of January), so their contests are legitimate too. Gather is a great place for writers as well. There are lots of writing groups, and I've learned a lot being on there. Good luck with Gather and congratulations!

Especially with all the scam sites going around, it is nice to see genuine feedback on the honest ones such as this... makes you have faith in the site you've joined when you see so many other honest, good experiences there.
