today,i came from home to make a interivew in a five star hotel,with a wish to became the mamber staff of it ,but i didn't get the joe that i was satisfied .the manage ask me to do the banquet department,which is not what i wanted ,so a result,i will make a decision whether i am willing to work for it tommorrow .now i am confused,and hope someone can help me to decide what the next step?

If the banquet staff position is not too far off what you wanted to be, then I would take it, letting them know that you would like to work your way up or over to the position that you do want. Once you have impressed them with your skills and work ethic, it may be easier to get the next available position in the department that you do want to work in.
And once you have a job in one hotel, it can be easier to get a job in another.

You need to get your foot in the door. I would accept the job and watch for other jobs that open up there. Apply for the ones you want as they become available. The first thing is to get hired on and then the other jobs will be easier to be hired on. Because most of the time a company will hire on a employee that is working for them for a position before they go out of the company. Show them you are a hard worker and other doors will open up.
