Today I am going to recommend that you pamper your feet! Start by soaking them in warm water, while you enjoy the feel of the water over them. Dry them off and then, with you eyes closed, massage your feet and toes with some moisturising cream or oil. It will feel good and you will be completely relaxed in no time at all!
