In the last three months since i have started working out and healthy eating i have not been able to sleep well at all. I blamed it on the sudden changes i made to my life style but it has not got any better. I do not believe in taking medication for sleeping but does anybody know any natural things for sleep like the warm milk theory which by the way did work it was gross. I like my milk cold lol. Found that out the hard way.

That's strange? I would have thought you would be sleeping even better. Well I know you said no medication however I find that a Tylenol PM is the best way to get a good nights sleep and it's not habit forming. I would also suggest a bath by candle light right before bed and a cup of chamamile tea.

Well it does take your body time to adjust as it must of been such a long time since you exercised and ate the proper food that it is taking time for your body to adjust. Well instead of drinking milk you could always have a mild herbal drink and this could help you relax more so that you can go to sleep.
