1. keep regular hours 2. develop a sleep ritual 3. exercise regularly 4. cut down on stimulants such as caffeine. you can have herbal tea. 5. don't smoke. 6. drink alcohol in moderation. 7. unwind earlyl in the evening. 8. sleep on a comfortable, supportive mattress and foundation. 9. create a restful sleep environment. 10. make sleep a priority. in addition, restrict the number of activities you do in bed. your bed should not become a place for watching tv, eating food, or doing work. it should be a place to sleep and perhaps, if you're not alone, one other activity=)

Few tips for better sleep. 1. To keep all your tensions aside. 2. To drink hot milk 3. To think about beautiful things that you like 4. To read a good book that you enjoy. 5. Imagine that you are in the midst of a garden and many beautiful flowers are around you and a cool breeze is flowing. You are walking in the garden enjoying the nature. 6. Think of your favourite God and chant some prayer 7. Elders say count 1,2,3 but I do not know how far it works. 8. Think of the good things that happened that day. 9. Think how you are going to make the next day a happier one 10. Keep a blue colour bulb in the bed room which will make your eyes feel drowsy and get you sleep
