take action now to ensure colour, fragrance and tasty crops in you backdoor oasis this summer. no matter what the weather's doing, spring is the best time to get going on your garden. garden centres and stores right now are pure temptation, packed with exciting young plants, impressive pots and an enticing selection of finishing touches, so you'll find everything you need to create your perfect site in the sun.

I agree with you that spring is better to start garden make over. Only the problem is sometimes too many ideas running around in my head. So, basically I ended up buying lotsa thing but do nothing. Really...my husband and I love too many things for the garden and it turned the garden even a huge mess. But, maybe next year...we'll try to focus on one idea....we'll shall see (cross my finger).

i was like that before, buying everything that attracts me, but after a long while i thought it was just a waste of money without planning before buying. mind you, i still do it very occasionally.

There were quite a lot of sale items at the garden centre this weekend. I bought some camelia's, tomato and aubergine.
