I just saw this idea and we are thinking of trying it this year. The weather in ohio is cold and snowy so we have to have to hunt indide,so i think we will try something different. This time the children will hide the easter eggs and the parents have to find them. I wonder how many eggs wont ever be found lol cause i know my grandkids know some pretty good hideing places. To bad it isnt dark than we would have them look for them in the dark with a flashlight. Just something fun and different but i guess the idea could be used outside as well.

I think that is a really neat idea and bet the adults will have a difficult time trying to find the eggs. I think the kids will try and make it more difficult to find than adults would when having the kids try and find them. Adults do not want to make it too difficult for the kids as they might get disappointed in not finding any. You will have to let everyone know how it went.

When my kids were younger I have done that with them. Of course I would hide them and they would look for them first & then to make the fun last somewhat longer, the kids would hide the eggs and have mom look for them. Let me tell you, sometimes the kids can come up with some tricky spots to hide an egg..have fun and Happy Easter.
