How are the teenage years? My oldest is 10 and I am worried about the problems with adolescence. Yikes!

Do not have apprehensions. Mother can put the best in the child. You have to have greater confidence in them. If you are in US/UK/AFrica, I donot like the atmosphere in which adolescent grow. By 14 years, their 90% life is over. In India it just starts. Except cities, the family life here is wonderful.

A ten year old brother, one 15year old and one 16, soon to be 17year old sister, and one elder brother at the age of 20. But no kids of my own, been taking care of that lil bro quite a bit though.
