exercising with small kids.

I have two small kids 3 and 1 and i want to exercise. I need to drop 30 lbs. It is too cold to go outside. Any tips? Thanks

How much did your children wigh at birth?

How did you have to deliver you children. My first baby was 8lb 5 oz vag birth. My second baby was 9lbs 12oz by c-section.
