Spring - my favourite time of year.

I looked out of the bedroom window this morning, and realised just how much I love the Spring. It's warm, - but not too hot (about 22 C), the Spring flowers and blossoms are all in bloom, and everything seems fresh and hopeful. It was lovely to watch the cats playing on the lawn, running and hiding amongst the daffodils and bluebells. So am I alone in feeling this way about Spring? Does anyone else love it as much as me? And - if not - what is your favourite time of the year, and why?

spring is much nicer than summer because it is not as hot. summer to me is like living in a furnace. it like fall because it is cool and i like winter because the snow is nice. i pretty much like every season except for summer. see, with summer you need air conditioning to cool the temperature down otherwise it will be unbearably hot. but when you go outside there is no air conditioning. with winter, you can always put on some more clothes to stay warm outside.

Yes spring is great to people who don't have healthy problems like I do. All the pollen in the air makes me sick every time spring comes. I prefer winter. It is colder but I can use more clothes in order to counter the cold.

Oh I am sorry for your allergies:-(( My partner gets hay fever pretty badly, so I know how miserable it can be.

Yes, hallelujah Spring is here! Yes, it is my favourite season too, when everything starts to grow again, people start mowing their lawns, there's nothing nicer than the smell of freshly mown grass. The nights start drawing out. It is also the best climate for me, because normally it's not too cold and it's not too hot or sweaty. I went for a walk on Saturday through the fields of yellow and it did me the world of good (I can't go back to the gym till Tuesday) you take so much for granted especially if you live close to the countryside.

I love the smell of freshly mown grass too, - though my partner(who sufers from chronic hay fever) may not agree! His attitude to the English climate is that it either rains or makes him sneeze:-((

I love it when the weather starts to get warmer again.Everything here is turning green and even my Roses are blooming already. We had a bit of a cold snap for the last couple of days....almost like winter came back just to remind us of how bad the cold can be...lol. It's just to bad that spring only last for such a short time.In another month we will be wishing for the milder temps.

Well it never gets THAT hot in the UK - though they do say it will be a very hot Summer this year - in the late 30's and 40's!

I like spring also. The grass is becoming green, flowers are becoming red, birds are singing on the tip of trees. When I'm walking on the way to school, I'm happy in the sunshine. I say "hello" to the birds, smiling to the flowers.

I like the Winter, because i like the white snow.I like playing in the snow, like striking with my friends in the snow, and I also like the cold weather. However,it doesn't mean that I don't like the Spring, but when I am thinner than now in the future,I think I will like the Spring more than now too,ha!

I love the spring too as I do not like it when it gets too hot, especially living in London! I have just had a good spring clean of my home and it is so nice to have the windows open again and the washing on the line. I adore fresh sheets on my bed that have been dried outside, the smell is gorgeous. I love the blossom on the trees and the fact it stays lighter in the evenings. There is definately a spring in my step. I just hope it stays like this for a while before the dreaded heat comes.

It is said April spring is the best time to go out for picnic or travel in china. The west lake of hangzhou, china is very beautiful during this period. Many people would like to fly kites there.

When I was in Japan, my favorite time too was springtime. Winter season is a very cold season and always keeps you inside your house. You really can't enjoy yourself outdoors. Come springtime, people starts to enjoy the coolbreeze and the blossoming of a new and fresh scent of flowers. HOw lovely it is during springtime. Now, here in the Philippines, we only have 2 season, the rainy season and the sunny season. Well, i guess sunny season is far more better than rainy season, but sometimes the heat really gets into my skin. wow, makes you really perspire even without moving a muscle.hehe..

I love the spring time all so. But I have another favorite time of the year and thats autumn. Spring I like most of the upcoming newly life events, the flowers that come back shining and bright. And the autumn for his beautiful colorings. I am not such a fan of the summer and the winter. Those seasons can be a little to much for me to handle. Summer might be just to hot and winter just might be too cold. But spring is nice and so is autumn.

monsoon is my favourite season of the year, being in india there are frquent power cuts,in summer such power cuts can be very irritating, but in monsoon the wheather is so pleasant that even if there is no power you enjoy yourself, and the feelin of gettin yourself wet under the first rain of the season simply cannot be described!!!!! and i simply cannot resist the feeling of eating chicken salami sandwiches with cold coffee while watchin the beauty of nature outside!!!

You're not alone. Spring has always been my favorite season. Of course, the obvious reason being that it isn't too hot but isn't too cold either - no extreme weather changes or conditions to speak of. And being that it does come right after winter, it is a period of rebith where really everything comes alive again. It's not too hot by day and thunder-stormy by night like summer is here. And it's not hellishly cold like it is in the fall through winter. It's very relaxing, calming, and pleasant but at the same time has enough action that you don't feel like everything around you is dormant. As much as I love winter as well, spring is always the perfect thing to follow, as it is such a pleasant change.

My favorite season is Summer lol. As much as I like Spring, I suffer a lot because I have hayfever. I love seeing the flowers blooming and the trees coming to life. We have a lot of baby squirrels running around now too which is great for the cat. She can't get to them but she loves watching them. My partner and I headed out to do some grocery shopping yesterday. We got a lot of looks from people lol. In the parking lot is a line of huge cherry blossom trees. We had no choice but to park under one the night before. When we came out to the car yesterday, it was coated in cherry blossom flower petals lol. My partner grumbled about it, but I thought it was kind of funny. As we drove down the street, we could see people in their cars pointing at us lol. I love Cherry Blossom trees, but they must cause the people in our building a lot of agony when the blossoms drop.

in my country we have only 2 season-rainy and dry season. spring in your country is similar to our summer season (march, april and may) we do have similar feelings with regards to spring/summer season. i like this time of year, when flowers are in bloom, children playing and you can hear them laughing. when i am still unmarried, i always thought to get married in the month of may-month of flowers, fiesta and merrymaking. i cannot help but to remember the good old days of my youth, it is so nice to remember then-the spring our life- a life of fun and merry making.

I love spring and the fall. Each year I can't wait to get outside and "play" in my garden. Luckily I live in North Texas so I get to go out earlier than most. I spent about an hour outside today preparing yet another flower bed.
