what to do if your dog gets skunked?

to remove the stink: mix 1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1/4 cup of baking soda ad 1 teaspoon of mild dishwashing detergent (make sure it doesn't contain bleach or ammonia). rub this mixture all over your dog's coat. prevent it from getting into your pet's eyes or ears. then give your pooch a bath with a mild pet shampoo. rinse well.

well if that ever happens i wil try that just for the sake of trying/i have used the tomatoe juice deal and it doesnt work at all..I just go to the Vet and buy some Skunk Off! and it takes the smell off faster than anythign i have seen.its great! and its pretty cheap! you should try it!
