fear, anxiety and stress are all components of worry. Worry is envisioning something bad that might happen in the future. There's a difference between awareness and worry. Awareness is like a red light on the car dashboard; no one is pleased to see the light go on, but you can appreciate the message, as it enables you to take action to handle or avert a problem. Contrast that with worry, which involves agonizing over situations about which you have little control.

Remove the worry by taking out insurance!! This is one classic example of an insurance salesman's pitch. The same thing works for car insurance, life insurance, building insurance, travel insurance, etc It appears that worrying not only cause us sleepless nights but also holes in our pockets.

I used to worry a lot, especially about my future. Back then, everything seemed so uncertain. And I had a lot of questions about life and the purpose of my existence. But since I realized my value as a human being and as God's beloved, all my worries have gone. As Jesus said in the Book of Matthew, "...do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?"
