I am so embarrassed. I was out shopping yesterday at an electrical store and I just flipped out. I dont know what you would call it but I was just standing there and something just came over me and I started to panic yelling out "where am I ". The funny thing is I could here myself saying it, but had no control it only went on for about 30 seconds but it was so freaky. I dont know if it was the lack of sleep or something else (i dont do drugs so dont even think it) but it was just so scarey. I couldnt breathe either. Sorry, I just had to tell someone.

oh Calais - you poor thing , what an awful experience! It sounds to me as if you might have had a panic attack - which is scary and traumatic but not too serious! Lack of sleep, stress and anxiety can all contribute towards these! It is maybe worth checking this out with your doctor honey - just to be on the safe side! I have suffered from panic attacks and they are no laughing matter! Hope this is a one off for you honey! xxx

well if it is only the once it may never happen again but if it does hon, let your doctor know, it is very important it could be a few things I don't want to say because I don't want to scare especially if it isn't anything at all.

Yes, that is quite odd. I would have to agree it was probably all due to being very tired and wore out without much sleep. Very weird abnormal behavior is common when you are really dangerously low on sleep. I'd be careful if I were you, and get some rest, sounds like it would greatly benefit you to catch up on the sleep. I don't mean that in a disrespectful way either. Just seems like you might be doing a lot of daily work and need to catch up.

Yes, thanks for that, but thats what I put it down to as the most likely reason.
