As soon as you reached your 100th post, you will have your own star and MyLot reputation rating. Keep posting quality discussions to get a higher rating. Participate in every discussions around us. This will also help you earn more.

Everyone recieves their star when they reach 100 posts, the number inside is their rating, which can be from 1 to a 10 depending how well their previous 100 posts went down with the mylot community. If they posted 1 liners they will be a 1 maybe a 2 if they gave in depth thought out answers they could be an 8 or a 9 or even a 10! it all depends on whether people vote you + or - and how well you respond.

Hi rudy just wanna add up some comment about STAR and Ratings.
Hope this helps..
STARS colors and rating, 0-100% (numbered 1-10) are rarings given to us by MY LOT users who read, reply, discuss with our POSTS. So if other USERS found our post interesting and they rate us positive or give us the best response our STAR goes high. And if our posts are not of quality, offensive and other user rate us negative, our STAR goes down.
I ask my lot about this (I have a star of 9 before and one user didn't agree with my idea and post, and he rated me negative, my ratings go down at 7)
and MYLOT said they cannot alter what the USER- RATING with our posts. So its in the system, (of how many positive ratings other users gave us.)
You have below 100 post, so you still have to work till your 100 posts. Your first star will be given to you once you reach your 100 post. If you reach a hundred post, you will got your star (again it depends upon the quality of your posts and the rating given to you by other USERS.)
After 100 posts, your ratings will be changing once in a while depending on the ratings given to you.
So I may suggest, lets go with quality discussions and have more friends to have more responses with your posts.

Hello! berryappleberry, thanks for a more detailed explanation about how to get a star and keep it up going. I am really inspired that not all here are just posting out of somewhat a none sense discussions jsut for the sake of posting a discussion. I am happy that you told me how to keep agood discussion to earn a good rating while having a star. Thanks and take good care and keep your rating higher and higher with a wholesome discussions.

you will get a star once you reached 100 hundred posting.i have just got mine a 2 days ago.people will rate you according to the way you response to a discussion.so if you wanna get higher rating you must post at least 8 sentences for every response you reply.try not to reply with 1 or 2 sentences only.people will give you negative rating for that.your star rating will decrease then.my rating is 7 right now.i hope can increase till 10 later on.the best rating is 10.it shows you post quality discussions

I also wondered when I first joined here but you'll get star once you hit your 100th post =) It'll automatically appear and the rating is based on your responses and how people rate you (the one with pluses and minuses) Hope I helped! =)

you will get a star when u reach 100 posts. and the number in the star indicates ur reputation on mylot. it doesnt affect ur earning.

that is not the way to do it! you will get a low rating and be accused of spam! if you want to get a good star do not spam! post quality and explanitory posts!

You can easily get a star.
You are having (36) posts now. What you have to do is to post another 64 quality responses and discussions to total up to (100) posts with no time limit.
Once you have achieve the 100 posts, a colour star with a numbe within it will pop up at the left side of your name.
Just star to post and make it happened.

Welcome to mylot!
You can get a star when you reach the 100 posts level. I started with a 7 rating and now I am maintaining a good 10 rating. All you have to do is to aim for the 100 posts level and you can see a star. Just keep on posting quality posts to reach the 10 rating, dont mind the number of short responses but be mindful of the quality posts.

well, i just got my stars tonight! finally after 2 weeks i finally got my star! i've been waiting for this moment really.
so how are you going to have the star?
first you have to be very patient really, coz you need to reach 100 posts before you get this wondeful star... you have to be very patient in responding to discussions, starting your own discussions, posting pics... etc... and so, enjoy your stay here in myloT!

hi rudy! you can get a star if you've already send a 100 respond discussions.. so better try more and respond to everybody's discussion, just like what i did, so that you'll get a star. :)

I was told you get a star when you reach 100 posts and the number inside the star represents the quality of your posts and how others rated your posts. If you've been rated positive and had answers selected as best answers your number inside the star will be high.
Good luck getting a nice little star! I am hoping for one by the end of the week.

Hi, i just asked the same thing in this forum. Well, they said that you will get a star if your post reach 100. And the number inside star, indicate how well you are in posting or you can say they rate the quality of your post. Well, happy posting and I pretty sure you will reach 100 in no time.
