happiness is a state of mind. it is a choice and we make ways to achieve what we want. there is nothing that would make me happy but there is someone making me happy, which is me,myself and i.if one learns to be happy even alone then wem ight have achieved a personal nirvana.

Two things that bring me happiness??? Well, I will be boring and predictable and say the first would be my children. When I look at them or even just think of them, a smile can't help but form on my face. They are my life and bring me happiness every single day. My second thing that brings me happiness...CADBURY CREAM EGGS! LOL YUMMY! This is one reason I love Easter. :)

I don't think the word happiness is now overused. Happiness is one thing that can hardly achieve. We find a lot of people nowadys who are undergoing depression, they can't just be happy. I think being in the state of being happy is a matter of choice. But that happy feeling will eventually fade when we are striken by problems or predicament in life. I am a positive person and most of the time I chose to be happy somehow. I'll be more happier and at peace if I'll see that my family ( my parents and my siblings) is living a sufficient and god-fearing life.

To me happiness is spending good time with my lover or my family and the next thing a fine game of basket ball.for me happiness is having a good time, with no worries,no tension, and no negative effect at all.for me happiness comes from anything that i do with fun and enjoyment.so what ever i do i try find some fun in it so that i am happy always.

Happiness is being content with your life. When I see my hubby pull in the drive every evening is one thing that brings me happiness, because we are together again, and he has made it back home safely. The other thing that brings me happiness is my daughters, and knowing that they are smart and strong, and can do what ever they set out to accomplish.

'Happiness' is a temporary and relative term. Health, Wealth, and prosperity of one and their dear ones will make one happy.

The main thing that brings me happiness is family. Being with my children and my granddaughter makes me very happy. No I don't think the word happiness is over uses. There are times it is not used enough.

My family and my friends are definitely the two "things" in my life that brings me the greatest happiness. I simply cannot imagine how my life would be if it was not for my husband or my two sons, and my parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncle etc., all bring so much joy and love to my life that I know I would be so devestated if I did not have them in my life. I have moved back and forward between the U.S. and Europe a lot, simply because I was so spilt between living in the U.S. without my family, and living in Europe with my family. I recently returned to the U.S. though, as my Jamaican husband found it extremely difficult to live in Scandinavia, where there are very few Jamaicans. My best friends are the ones that I made in my early childhood, as they seem to stick by even, when I move across the continents. Even though we are now spit between the U.S., New Zealand, Denmark and the U.K, we still make sure to take care of our friendships, and we meet up as often as we can. I think I would be so lonely without my friends, and I know how difficult it is to live in a new place without having friends, so this is a definite number two in regards to what makes me happy.
