I generally sleep in drawing room. My wife then kicks me lolz and take me in bedroom. I'm very fond of sleeping on floor but she doesn't allow me to sleep on floor. I love to sleep with two pillows too. One under head and one between legs. It gives me lot of comfort. Other way is one under head and other under legs as it gives comfort to legs and blood circulation for legs . I don't know why but it works when I'm physically tired.

I used to sleep with two pillows but with age and time I have developed degenerative disks and this is painful in the neck. I finally went to a Nikken magnetic ergonomic pillow and I find I sleep better and my neck no longer hurts. I am allergic to feathers and down so I have to stay away from those. I like the memory foam so I may try one of those in the ergonomic style. I think that my neck problems stem from using too many pillows and from injuries. I have read that it is not good to use more than one pillow since it can lead to neck problems with time. As for the pillow between the legs, it really helps between the knees if you suffer from hip pain. I have a friend who had hip replacement and he sleeps with a pillow between his knees. He has to or the strain on his hip can cause it to fracture. Not a pleasant thought.......

I can not sleep with two pillows and the one pillow hast to be a certain way for me to fall asleep. Since I was a child, my pillows have had to be extremely flat, so the cheaper the pillow, the faster it got flat, the better for me. Then, my pillow hast to be extremely firm, so I fold the flat pillow in half. This worked for me for many, many years. Now, all of a sudden, after I fold it in half, I also half to make a little fold in the top coner and lay my head there to hold the fold in. Then I start out facing the outside, then, after a little while I turn on my back and readjust the pillow, so that it is just folded in have. Then, after a little while, I turn to face the wall and reposition the pillow to the way it was on the outside and then hug my big teddy bear. Hopefully, I finally fall asleep. If not I turn on my stomach and stay there until I fall asleep, leaving the pillow the same way. If I don't fall asleep on my stomach, then I get up in frustration and get back online or read a book. Does this sound tiring? I have had problems sleeping all my life. So I sleep when I can.

I do have the habit of sleeping with two pillows under my head. This is a peculiar habit I developed in the last few years. I cannot sleep well if I use a single pillow. In fact I am trying to get over this practice. Time will tell when.

I, too, sleep with two pillows. I sleep uncomfortably if I have only one. Either i hug the pillow or use it to cover my eyes. My husband uses only one pillow, my five year old sleeps with two pillow and my youngest doesn't use pillow at all.

i need only one under my legs. i m very tired the whole day so i use it under my legs. it helps in my sleep. i do not use it under my head as i suffer from SPondylitis, and my head starts paining as soon as i use a pillow under my head. so its better under my legs than under my head :)

My answer is going to seem funny. But in the summer i sleep with no pillow at all, and on my stomach, it helps me cool off, i do not know if you could find any logic in this, but it does help me. In the winter, i sleep on two pillows and somtimes more, it helps me to breath more easily, when i have a cold. I do not know maybe it is just a wweatherly habit. Lol.

I have two pillowes in my bad, but since I sleep with an orthopedic pillow, I don't sleep with two of them. About reducing acidity - where can I find this article? Did you see on the WWW? I use other ways to do it, and sleeping on two pillows is a way I never heard of...

ahaha.... sleeping with a pillow between the legs is good though, keeps from your knees screwing each other up... something scientific. Hell I don't know exactly what happens. Just know it's bad! lol Anyways, I sleep with as many pillows as it takes for me to be confortable. Like I actually have 8 pillows, but over time they just... lose their fluff! lol but thats why I'll sleep with a bunch. Normally it's two... I like my head propped though. I feel like I breath better. Don't want me snoring!

Well looks funny to me too, i use one hard round pillow, over that a soft pillow, thus my head is raised 10 inches nearly, but i have heard keeping head raised helps in some sort of acid reflux problems.. Have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

I have 4 total pillows on my bed but only two I sleep on. I keep one next to me for me to roll over on incase I go that direction. The other is behind me which keeps me from putting my main pillows on the shelf. My bed comes with 2 bookshelves (and 3 drawers under it). I love at least 2 pillows its nice and cozy in my bed at night. I can usually get cozy but not always haha!!

I used to sleep with two pillows for the most part of my life but now i have taken to sleeping with three pillows underneath my head :P My mum just put an extra one there so i did not complain :P I just like to have them under my head as i've Always slept like that :) although i do not have to have three pillows and am quite comfortable sleeping with one two or none! If i had a larger bed, though, i may sleep with more pillows, just spread out along the bed.

I have 2 pillows. One i use below my head which usually slips away somewhere else on the bed while i sleep. One on my side. I hug it wen i go to sleep but by morning it often slips down to the floor...lol Although, my rule: the more, the better but so as to leave me enough space to sleep.
