Loss of a pet

We in Australia have not been involved in this pet food poisoning that I have been reading about on My Lot. But I really feel for those people who have lost a pet in that way. Most of us can accept our pets dying from old age, & to a lesser extent, serious illness. But we do not expect in this day and age, they they would die of being poisoned by the very food that is supposed to sustain them. My sincere sympathies to all who have lost pets this way.
