parents both died, five children left and four of them married the other one is single. who is entitle of having the house and properties? is it the eldest, last child, or the single one?

If the parents have a will it should be used to determine who gets the house and property if not then I think it's supposed to be liquidated (i.e. sold) and distributed equally. If you don't like this idea maybe workout like a vacation schedule or something so you can share it. I don't think ONE person is entitled to the whole thing.

Unless the parents left a will stating otherwise, I think the property should be divided equally amopng the five children, regardless of their marital status.
