Seeking it .. you will never find it . The effort to find it is a serious thing. It is here,you need to find it. Start enjoying it. Start being cheerful this very moment ! Do not try to find it because if you try to find it you will remain serious .

I think that is similar to "trying to relax." I think joy is an attitude that can be cultivated but not "found".
