Weight Loss Help PLEASE

I've lost a lot of weight over the last year, but my stomach is still huge. What can I do to quickly see some results?

I would suggest tummy crunches, sit ups and lots of walking. With lots of exercise, your stomach should start to go down. Good luck to you.

I have been trying to lose weight as well. Recently I read in a book about "HIP BATH" for sagging tummy. Dip yourself in a bath tub of normal water up to your navel. Keep your legs level to your hips. Relax for 2 minutes. Start rubbing your tummy under the navel from right to left using a wash cloth. 10 minutes at the beginning and go up to 30 minutes. They say it will help. I am also doing this these days. Good luck

I am so pleased for you! Congratulations on the weight loss!!! Isolating a specific area of the body would probably have to be either targeted exercise or perhaps plastic surger. Best of luck to you! How did you do your weight loss? How much did you lose?

Start exercising and avoid fatty food.Eat only low calorie food.Drink lot of water.
