who else thinks tags are helpful,cause I do

i think tags help in same way. but till now i have not seen the discussions based on taggs. I'll definitekly try this in near future. lets see.

I feel that tags are essential since they are used in order to search for specific subjects. It would very difficult trying to find a website unless the sites had keywords that the search engines could use, and of course the same applies with discussions at Mylot.

Tags or keywords are very useful. As you pointed out it allows the search engines to find discussions when people search. Also it can aid in linking ones that are similar. If you look at the bottom of discussions there are often discussions that have similar themes there for you to find. Tags or keywords help with this.

I find them useful as they then link the subject from different categories so I can reply to similar discussions depending on what mood I am in and can find them easily. Is there a limit to how many tags can go on one discussion? I have been finding that when I try to tag after my comment it does not always show up.

I think tag is using as a keywords it is helping members to find any discussion using tag. but i think it is also effecting on the earning but not sure about it.
