would you/did you rahter learn (go to school) or work?

most of my friends would rather work that go to school and learn...i mean, from an age of 14-16. I'm 24, and i'm in medical school, and i can say i'd rather learn new stuff (if it's very interesting, better), than go work on a construction site or as a security guard... what would u do? or what did u do? and why?

When I was still in study, I always said that I prefer work than study. But after I graduate, and have my job, resign and get another job, I'm already change my opinion. Now I'm realize why older people said better study than working, school memories are also beautiful things to enjoy, no burden at all. If you still can study, try to study more.
