What's On Your Menu For Tonight?

My family isn't the kind to go out for major meals on holidays. Instead, we like to eat the good stuff all year long. Yesterday, I fixed roasted turkey with dressing and the allt he trimmings. We had sweet potatoes with butter and cinnamon and cranberry sauce and I fixed corn to go with the delicious dinner. Home made rolls were great too, and iced tea. It was great to have a feast for no reason at all. The family loved it. Now I have turkey for sandwiches and other things the rest of the week. What are you fixing for dinner tonight?

Last night I made a yummy cheese ravioli, garlic mozzarella bread and pie and cheesecake for dessert, but tonight we are just going to order out, maybe some pizza's or subs or something. Love home made rolls, you are making a pregnant mom realllly hungry!

Turkey sub with fresh tomato and lettuce and mayo. Yum Yum. That's probably what we will have tonight. Love cheesecake!

I made Fried chicken, corn, turnip greens, potato salad and cornbread. For dessert we had a slice apple pie.

Hubby is leaving for a golf trip to Florida tomorrow so tonight we are taking the kids out for pizza. I made a big pot of sauce yesterday so tomorrow the kids and I will just have leftovers.

I don't know which one of you is the lucky one. Your husband for getting to go golfing in Florida or you for getting the time alone. Pizza is great for occasions like this one but I don't know if you're going to have many leftovers. Usually not much leftovers when we have pizza.

Tonight menu is black bean soup and corn bread. I made the soup from the leftover ham bone from Easter dinner. I often make turkey not sure why some people think its only for Thanksgiving. I love the stuffing the most.

I LOVE black bean soup and cornbread. I have a similar dish I fix sometimes but I use 5 different kinds of beans. Instead of leftover ham bone I use sausage links and somtimes add potatoes. It's yummy. I like the stuffing the best too.
